UK-facing portal Simplyzigzag.com, has signed up with Profile, a leading international property developer based in Dubai, and will now offer a range of services including land acquisition abroad, project management and real estate development in Dubai and beyond.

“The move will significantly increase our exposure across Europe and provide us with our first entry into the UAE, one of the most buoyant markets in the world at present,” said Simplyzigzag.com director Achim Amann.

Irfan Khoda, Profile Europe’s sales manager, added: “We feel that Simplyzigzag.com is the perfect online choice for us going forward. They represent a company going places and offer value and a growing list of clients.”

The joint venture with Profile is the latest in a series of partnerships for Simplyzigzag.

Last week the web agency signed an agreement with Legett Immobilier, France’s biggest English-speaking estate agency, to cross-market their respective properties. It has also agreed to collaborate with international aggregator Properazzi.com to list all of Properazzi’s properties on its site.

Earlier this year, Simplyzigzag entered the overseas market for the first time, through partnerships with agencies and developers in the USA, Bulgaria, Italy, France, Morocco and Egypt, and by launching a seed capital fund on behalf of a Thailand-based developer.
