Bulgaria took place in the 45 charts, analyzes improving business climate in the country, followed by Romania and other EU countries.

World Bank President Robert Zelik Bulgaria maintains a stable position in the global charts to improve the business climate in the country, reportedly in the sixth annual report of the International Finance Corporation and World Bank "Developing Business 2009"

The report compares the economic regimes of 181 countries. Bulgaria took place in the 45 charts on general terms of business development, ahead of neighboring Romania (47) and other EU member-countries, as Slovenia (54), Poland (76) and Italy (65).

This year the number of reforms to resolve the business has reached record figures, leaders among the regions of the fifth year in a row, becoming Eastern Europe and Central Asia - in the report. For the period: June 2007 - June 2008, 23 of the 25 countries in the region have introduced reforms to facilitate business, representing more than 25% of the total number of such reforms in the world.
The biggest reformers in this year are: Albania, Azerbaijan, Kyrgyzstan, Belarus, Senegal, Burkina Faso, Botsuana, Colombia, the Dominican Republic and Egypt.

"Developing Business 2009" economies based on 10 indicators for the settlement of business, reflecting the time and costs necessary for government requirements for opening and implementation of business, trade exchange, payment of taxes and termination of business. The chart does not reflect aspects such as macro-economic policies, quality of infrastructure, stability of the local currency, the crime rate.

Last year, Bulgaria has undertaken reforms to 4 - m indicators that have been implemented under the supervision of the bank "Developing Business 2009" - which is very favourably influenced the development and launch of new business, paying taxes, contracts and closing businesses.
Azerbaijan has become a world leader in reforms in business management and has risen to 97 - up to 33 - go places in the world chart improvement of the business - Wednesday, reported the International Finance Corporation and World Bank "Developing Business 2009".
